This course is your personalised introduction into the wonderful world of watercolour! Watercolour is the fastest growing medium both in South Africa and internationally. For much too long people have been led to believe that watercolour is a very difficult medium to master. Not true! Come and let me show you how in a fun, relaxed way! I have been painting in watercolour for more than 20 years and teaching the medium for more than 10 years. So you'll be in good hands! In my fully-equipped, air-conditioned studio (and loadshedding proof!) I'll teach you, over the 3 day course, all you need to know to successfully paint in watercolour. From the very basics about equipment, colour mixing, perspective, technique and much more. Step by step tuition in a relaxed but professional environment will enable you to go home with not only at least one complete work but, more importantly, with the skill and ability to continue on the road to success. I know how scary it is to go out and buy a heap of equipment! We can supply, at cost, much of what you'll need. Or bring your own equipment (see requirement list under Art Courses on the website). We can always make a plan. YOUR COURSE INCLUDES: All teas, drinks and lunches at a local bistro (also discounts on any other meals you might have); professional mounting of one of your pieces produced during the course; and heaps of fun!
